What We Offer
Consulting
Bruce consults with church leadership teams on issues related to sexuality and gender, offering practical, biblically grounded guidance for standing for truth without compromise while extending grace without limit. His consulting work draws from his book Leading a Church in a Time of Sexual Questioning and years of hands-on experience walking alongside pastors and elders.
He also provides church-based leadership development consulting, helping churches build healthy leadership cultures and long-term sustainability. This work is shaped by his books The Leadership Baton and Your Church in Rhythm, as well as his involvement with the Centers for Church-Based Training.
Coaching
Bruce offers one-on-one coaching for pastors and Christian leaders, helping them flourish personally, relationally, and vocationally. His coaching addresses the whole person—spiritual life, family rhythms, leadership responsibilities, and long-term vision.
He developed the Wisdom Life Plan, a personalized framework that helps leaders clarify priorities, steward their time and energy well, and live with intentionality. Bruce also coaches leaders in personal life management, drawing from the principles in his book Your Life in Rhythm.
Speaking
